¡¡¡Hola Belug@s!!!. Hoy visitamos una de las últimas propuestas del Hotel Majestic & Spa Barcelona, una oda al producto de proximidad y a la gastronomía mediterránea. Hablamos del restaurante SOLC, una experiencia gastronómica en sí, por su ubicación y su menú.
En sus cocinas, el chef Luis Llamas, formado en los fogones de Roca Bar y Nerúa Guggenheim Bilbao, da forma a los platos elaborados con las frutas y hortalizas cultivadas en su huerto del Maresme y con carnes y pescados de productores locales.
El resultado es una carta que cambia cada temporada y en la que la buena comida es la estrella. Para maridar, su carta de vinos, a cargo de Pablo Fernández Rodríguez, ofrece algunos de los mejores caldos nacionales e internacionales, entre los que destaca AA Cau d´en Genís – Cuvée Majestic, de la bodega Alta Alella y en cuyo proceso de vitrificación ha participado el propio sumiller.
El secreto mejor guardado de SOLC, su Menú Degustación. Con él podréis descubrir lo mejor de sus recetas, sin pasar horas eligiendo.
Inmediatez, frescura, origen y respeto son conceptos ligados a la nueva iniciativa culinaria del hotel.
SOLC ha sido concebido como un homenaje a los productos que la naturaleza más cercana ofrece desde tiempos remotos a la cocina catalana, basándose en recetas que respetan y ensalzan la tradición, y sin duda, lo ha conseguido.
Desayunos en SOLC
Además de disfrutar de una buena cena, ya sea a carta o gracias su menú degustación, el SOLC ofrece desayuno buffet de 7 a 11h. de lunes a domingo para todos sus huéspedes y para los que adquiráis uno de sus pases de desayuno.
Al igual que para sus cenas SOLC solo ofrece producto fresco y de temporada de la tierra y demuestra que los desayunos pueden convertirse en la mejor experiencia del día.
